1. Where is your factory located?

2. The scale and facilities of your factory?

3. Is available to provide sample?
It is ok to provide sample for free, the transportation fee will by client’s account.

4. What is your business term?
FOB Shenzhen or CFR/CIF designated port

5. What is your payment term?
100% Irrevocable letter of credit at sight or 30% deposit by TT and balance against copy of documents via email

6. How to deal with quality complaints?
We have a complete claim procedure for quality issues. If confirmed the quality papers are from our factory, we will arrange new products to replace.

Company information:
RDM paper, a famous paper making and converting factory in China, who specialize in high quality Self-adhesive label, carbonless paper and thermal paper. Since the beginning of 2005 we have been producing carbonless copy paper until now, we have more than 10 years history in field of producing Self-adhesive label, carbonless paper and thermal paper.
From 2010 we have own converting factory and in same time we registered our own brand “”RDM“, passed FSC certification and ISO9001:2008 quality management system certificate.
Now, we can provide jumbo rolls of various of Self-adhesive label, carbonless copy paper and thermal paper, also the finished products, such as Self-adhesive label small roll and die cutting with printing, plain or pre-printed carbonless paper rolls, thermal paper rolls, computer continuous forms and etc.
